The Koi Group $100 Movie Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Koi Group, a real estate company located at 707 S Grady Way Ste 730, Renton, WA 98057, Washington (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on September 14, 2026, at 11:59PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).
All eligible entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period. Sponsor’s computer or records, as applicable, are the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Washington State who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, representatives, officers, and immediate family members or household members of The Koi Group are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” includes parent, child, sibling, spouse, and the respective spouses of each.
Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
No purchase, payment, real estate transaction, listing agreement, showing appointment, or other consideration is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period, unless Sponsor clearly states otherwise in the Giveaway promotion. Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means, or entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, altered, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules, are void.
One (1) winner will receive one $100 movie gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $100.00.
The gift card brand, movie theater, delivery method, and any applicable gift-card terms are determined by Sponsor. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize. The winner is also responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.
On or about September 15, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner need not be present to win.
The potential winner will be notified by telephone or email using the contact information submitted with the entry, on or after September 15, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of Sponsor’s first notification attempt and may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, and/or execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated time, is found ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, and prize-related statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, representatives, employees, officers, and directors from any claim, liability, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or technically corrupted entries; interrupted or unavailable network, website, email, phone, or other communications; unauthorized human intervention; or any error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, natural disaster, public-health emergency, legal requirements, or any other event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
If a material change is necessary after the Giveaway begins, Sponsor will provide notice through the same channel(s) used to promote the Giveaway when reasonably practicable. Sponsor will not make changes that unlawfully disadvantage entrants or alter a prize already awarded.
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner, award the prize, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy. By entering, entrants consent to this use of their information.

Requests must be received no later than October 15, 2026.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding in all matters. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any movie theater, gift-card issuer, social-media platform, or other third party, unless expressly identified by Sponsor in writing.
